25% DISCOUNT 
Register and pay for any 3 full weeks (15 days) 1/2 day or full day and receive the 4th week (5 days) free. Equivalent to a 25% discount. 
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT take off another 20% for any additional weeks beyond the 4th week. The discount applies only when paid in full. Full refunds are available right up to the first day of camp - please see below. 

EARLY BIRD BEFORE MAY 31
FREE RACQUET OR BASKETBALL

Register by May 31 and pay for a minimum of 1 week and receive a free tennis racquet, basketball or can of tennis balls. YOUR CHOICE.

COST
$150 per week for 1/2 day for  5 day week (daily rate $30 per day for 5 day weeks)
$120 per week for 1/2 day for 4 day week

$250 per week for full day camp for 5 day week  (daily rate $50 per day)
$200 per week for full day camp  for 4 day week

DAILY RATES ALSO AVAILABLE 1/2 day $30 per day and FULL DAY $50 per day.

CERTIFIED INSTRUCTION
Coaching directed by Nabil Tadros who is certified OBA, OTA, NCCP and PTR. Coaches  and instructors will be certified minimum level 1 through one or more of the above associations. 

TENNIS, BASKETBALL & SOCCER
Our camp specializes in tennis and basketball and also add on some optional recreational soccer or low organization games at the end of the morning or afternoon.

BASKETBALL ADVANCED/ REP CAMPS
July 26 to August 20  we are offering a specialized basketball program for advanced and rep players with guest coach Patrick Brown.

TAX CREDIT up to $500
Receipts for the childrens fitness tax credit will be issued and allows parents to claim up to $500 per year per child under the age of 16. 

AGE GROUPS
All participants are divided into groups according to age and caliber. They may move up or down a group. The priority is that they feel comfortable in their group

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR

Snacks, drinks, and lunch for full day participants . Please no peanut products. Dress appropriately for indoor and/or outdoor activities depending on your selection

REFUND POLICY
If participants are not satisfied with the program let us know by the end of the first day and we will provide you with a full refund. Or if your plans have changed before the first registered day contact us for a full refund

NO PEANUT OR NUT PRODUCTS
Due to the possibilities of severe allergic reactions for some campers all participants are asked to not bring any nut or peanut related products to the camp.

DROP OFF/PICK UP 
When younger students are dropped off please bring them right into the gymnasium. Older students may enter on their own. Use whatever method you feel comfortable with.  For pick up we ask parents of younger children to come into the gymnasium and pick up their children. Older students may wait outside with parent approval. We do not need anything in writing in that regard.  If however there are specific instructions in terms of who can and can not pick up your children please let us know in writing. If a student tells us that they are leaving with their parent or other person who is at the door etc. then we will take their word for it. If you want us to check ID etc and give us a list of who can and can not pick up please let us know in writing so that no mistakes are made.

Beginners Forehand and Backhand basics (grip, ready position, turn, backswing, forward swing, contact point, follow through)
Intermediates Forehand and backhand (topspin, slice, sidespin)

TUESDAY
Beginners overhead serve
(grip, ready position, backswing/toss up -or step 1 step 2, forward swing, contact point, follow through).
For younger players underhand serve.
Intermediates serve ( flat, slice and topspin).

WEDNESDAY
Beginners volley ( grip, short or no backswing, punch/block forward swing) and Lob ( grip, short backswing and long follow through racquet lower to higher and racquet face open) and Overhead (grip, turn sideways, forward swing, follow through)
Intermediates
drop volley and 1/2 volley, Lob (topspin and slice), Overhead (angled and sliced)

THURSDAY
Beginners Singles Strategy- Keep ball in play, try to hit deep,
Intermediate Singles Strategy- hit deep, side to side and front to back

FRIDAY
Beginners Doubles Strategy- Keep ball in play, stay side by side,
Intermediate Doubles Strategy- Rush the net, hit deep to baseline player or lob over net players.

BASKETBALL
Safety
1 player offense : Shooting- set shot, jump shot, lay up, hook, reverse, Triple threat (create space and pivoting), post move drop step, Ballhandling-ball off floor, on floor, crossover, attack and back up, between legs, behind back
1 player defense: Defensive ready position and stay between your man and rim (rimball line)

Passing thumbs down  (bounce, chest, baseball) receiving (target),
2 player offense:   give and go, cut to centre point/rimball line and seal to get open,

Rebounding (elbows out create space as you land)
3 player offense: give and go then pick away,
